What Happened in Vegas Didn’t Stay in Vegas : My Knowledge 25 Experience

They say what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas, but that’s not true when you attend ServiceNow Knowledge. I just got back from a week in the city of lights, it was full of innovation, community, and eye-opening conversations that have left me inspired and slightly sleep-deprived in the best way possible.
 
From the moment I walked into the Venetian Convention Center, there was a buzz in the air. You could feel it, thousands of professionals, developers, architects, and executives from around the world, all converging with one shared purpose: to shape what’s next in digital transformation.

The Highlights
 
One of the biggest standouts for me was the focus on Agentic AI and automation. ServiceNow has always been a platform that prides itself on driving efficiency, but this year’s message was clear: we’re moving from simple automation to autonomous enterprises. With demos showcasing Agentic AI across workflows, it felt like we weren’t just talking about the future, we were building it in real-time.
 
The keynote sessions didn’t disappoint either. Whether it was Gensun Hueng talking about human + silicon collaboration or real-world stories from customers like Telstra and The Home Depot, there was a strong sense that these technologies are no longer aspirational, they’re operational.

Personal Takeaways
 
For me, one of the most valuable aspects of Knowledge is always the community. Yes, the product announcements are exciting, but it’s the hallway conversations, the booth banter, and those coffee-line meetups that stuck with me.
 
I got to meet peers I’d only ever interacted with online, reconnect with former colleagues, and even spark potential collaborations just by being in the right place at the right time. It reminded me that while the tech evolves rapidly, the relationships behind it are what make everything sustainable.
 
Another cool surprise? Finding out I’m already a Legend on the newly revamped ServiceNow University leaderboard - accredited with a badge, jacket, and all! That little moment made the hours of training and tinkering feel all the more worth it.

The City That Never Sleeps (Neither Did We)
 
Of course, it wouldn’t be Vegas without a bit of fun. Between learning sessions and late-night discussions, we managed to squeeze in some iconic experiences like neon-lit walks on the Strip, fountain shows at the Bellagio, and the occasional tactical dinner that quickly turned into strategy brainstorming over dessert.
 
It’s funny how stepping out of your daily environment can give you fresh perspective, not just on work, but on what kind of professional you want to be going forward. For me, this trip was a reminder to stay curious, stay connected, and stay ready to pivot.

Looking Ahead
 
I came back from Knowledge 25 with a notebook full of ideas, a camera roll full of screenshots and selfies, and a renewed energy to drive innovation at home.
 
Vegas may be a temporary location, but the momentum from Knowledge 25? That’s definitely coming with me!
